Frozen Watermelon Margarita
3 cups watermelon, seeded and cubed
3 oz gold tequila
Lime wedges
Salt
Chuck the watermelon cubes into the freezer (I separate them into one-cup portions in Ziploc bags, or you can freeze them on trays covered with plastic wrap). Once frozen, put them into the blender with the tequila. Blend until fairly smooth. Pour into salt-rimmed glasses (even if you usually don't like salt, be forewarned: these are sweet, and the salt balances them nicely), and garnish with lime.
Serves two.
