3 c. wheat Chex
2 c. corn Chex
2 c. rice Chex
1 ½ c. nuts (preferably pecans)
1 c. pretzels
1 ½ t. onion salt
1 ½ t. garlic salt
½ t. garlic powder
½ t. onion powder
3/4 c. butter
4 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
Tabasco, to taste (at least a teaspoon!)
Combine cereals, nuts and pretzels in a large glass casserole. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and heat until butter melts.
Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture and bake at 250 degrees F. for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread baked mixture on brown paper bags and let cool. Makes 8 cups.
