A long-time resident of Columbia, Maryland (who still considers Texas her spiritual home), Lexi Levy's day job is at a local law firm. She plans on using littleplate.com as a venue to express her many opinions on food, cooking, and travel. When she's not working on this new venture, she can often be found in her kitchen cooking or on her couch reading a cookbook. Every once in a while, Lexi gets on a plane and flies somewhere to complete an exhausting triathalon of breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Her dream is to eventually be able to write them off somehow.
